Agreement to Terms By using torontocommercialdoorrepair.ca or engaging Toronto Commercial Door Repair for services, you agree to these terms. If you are booking work on behalf of a company, property owner or condominium corporation, you confirm you are authorized to do so. ## 2\. Services Toronto Commercial Door Repair provides commercial door services only. We do not service residential doors, garage doors or interior doors. Written Scopes and Pricing Prices shown on this website are typical ranges in Canadian dollars, not fixed quotes. Every job starts with a written CAD scope that describes the work and its price before any work begins. Applicable taxes are added to invoices. A $225 minimum service call applies to site visits and is credited to the repair when the work is completed on the same visit. Emergency callouts are charged separately and quoted in writing on site. ## 4\. Payment Terms We take a 30% deposit on orders over $2,500. Property management clients may be approved for NET-15 terms. We accept e-Transfer, cheque, Visa and Mastercard. Special-order doors, glass and hardware may be non-refundable once ordered. ## 5\. Scheduling and Cancellations We schedule work around your operating hours where possible. Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a booked visit. Late cancellations of special-order installs may be charged for costs already incurred. ## 6\. Emergency Work and Temporary Securing Emergency visits prioritize safety and security. Temporary measures such as plywood board-up or steel security bars are not permanent repairs. We will keep required exits usable and confirm the permanent repair in a written scope. ## 7\. Insurance Claims Where you authorize us to, we direct-bill major commercial property insurance claims and provide photos and a written scope to your adjuster. You remain responsible for any deductible and for amounts your insurer does not cover. ## 8\. Warranty Our workmanship is warrantied and manufacturer warranties on new doors, operators and hardware are passed through to you. The warranty terms for your job are listed on your written estimate. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, vandalism, impact, unauthorized modifications or lack of reasonable maintenance. ## 9\. Site Access and Conditions You agree to provide safe access to the work area. Hidden conditions, such as concealed wall damage, unlabelled fire assemblies or frames that cannot be anchored, may require a revised written scope before work continues. ## 10\. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Toronto Commercial Door Repair is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We carry WSIB coverage and $5M commercial general liability insurance. ## 11\.
